Canadian screen actor best famous for her part in Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since 2019. She has also appeared on Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter to Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is a performer also a director and producer as well as playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas first memories are of being a spectator at plays rehearsals. Silk had the privilege of being a young actor in a number of commercials. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two early plays: Seven Menus. Samuel Levi and Levi are the sons of Seth Cooperman. The actress was in 2009 when she was cast as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN named her portrayal of Bo and Lauren in their relationship as lovers of the same gender in Lost Girl one of their top TV couples of all time. E! declared them the top Television Couples of 2013.
